Overview of the TRCDC Express Financing program:

Two Rivers Community Development Centre is an Aboriginal controlled economic development corporation whose sole mandate is to provide financing and support to Aboriginal owned and controlled businesses located in our service area. Loans are available to assist with: starting a new business, expanding an existing business, acquisition of an existing business, purchasing equipment, and working capital for inventory and day to day expenses.

Benefits of the TRCDC Express Financing program:
  • Loans between $5,000 to a maximum of $25,000 are available to existing businesses in TRCDCs service area.
Eligibility criteria of the TRCDC Express Financing program:
  • The following financing criteria must be met
  • Business must be located in our service area
  • First Nations
  • Missisaugas of the Credit First Nation
  • Six Nations of the Grand River
  • Counties
  • Oxford, Norfolk, Perth, Waterloo, Wellington Peel, Dufferin, Grey, Brant, Haldimand, Hamilton, Niagara, Halton, Simcoe, and York including the GTA
  • Equity of not less than 10% to 15%
  • Demonstrated ability to repay
  • Evidence of future economic viability Management skills
