  • Individual artists, curators, and artistic groups or collectives.
  • Canadian artistic organizations.
  • First Nations, Inuit, and Metis professional artists, groups, collectives, and not-for-profit organizations.
  • Canadian arts festivals and presenters.
  • Types of Projects Supported:
  • Tours involving the presentation of a series of artistic works or performances in different locations across Canada.
  • Circulation of exhibitions or other artistic presentations to multiple venues.
  • Participation in artistic residencies that include public presentations or community engagement activities.
  • Collaborative projects involving multiple artists or organizations that result in touring or circulation activities.
  • The program provides funding to cover various expenses associated with touring and circulation, including:
  • Travel Costs: Transportation for artists, artworks, and equipment.
  • Accommodation and Per Diem: Lodging and daily expenses for artists and crew members during the tour.
  • Production Costs: Expenses related to the presentation of artistic works, such as venue rental, technical equipment, and marketing.
