Examples of eligible development expenses include: Certificate courses (e.g., marketing, accounting, project management) Software training (e.g., Adobe, QuickBooks, Shopify) Coaching or leadership development programs Public speaking or negotiation skills workshops Mental wellness programs (if tied to personal leadership development) Entrepreneurs must demonstrate a clear link between the professional development activity and how it will strengthen their business outcomes.
