This component aims to implement measures to reduce GHG emissions on industrial sites, but which have minimum investments of $15 million. These investments must be linked to GHG reduction. The participant may wish to implement a larger overall project that does not only include investments to reduce GHG emissions. For example, it could target other aspects such as compliance, productivity improvement or market adaptation, provided that the minimum investments to reduce GHGs are respected. For a project to be considered admissible, it must be located on an industrial site.
