Eligibility criteria of the Lands and Economic Services Development program:

Businesses must be majority-owned (at least 51%) by Indigenous individuals or organizations.
The business should be either in the start-up phase or seeking to expand.
Applicants must demonstrate a viable business idea with potential for sustainability and growth.
