Eligible events must be endorsed by a recognized governing body and determine champions at the provincial, national, or international level. The grant assists with expenses like facility rentals, equipment, adjudication fees, awards, publicity, and participant transportation within the city. Events must be inclusive and open to all eligible participants, not limited to specific groups or clubs. However, banquets, conferences, and events hosted by educational institutions are not eligible.
