The program funds initiatives at various stages, such as planning, pilot testing, and full-scale capital projects, with an emphasis on projects that can be replicated in other communities and yield measurable environmental and socio-economic benefits. The GMF Net-Zero Transformation Program offers: Up to 50% grants for plans and feasibility studies with a maximum of $200,000. Up to 50% grants for pilot projects with a maximum of $500,000. Up to 80% of eligible project costs for capital projects through a combination of loans (up to $10 million) and grants (15%-20% of the loan amount).
