The Project Program by Kelowna's Cultural Services is designed to support arts, culture, and heritage projects that have a significant impact on the community. The program is open to non-profit organisations, registered charities, and community groups that focus on artistic and cultural development. Eligibility criteria of the ACTIVE LIVING & CULTURE DIVISION program:
  • To qualify, applicants must be non-profit organisations, registered charities, or community groups operating within the City of Kelowna. Projects must focus on arts, culture, or heritage and demonstrate a clear benefit to the community, prioritising public accessibility, diversity, and inclusivity. Eligible projects should be one-time events or initiatives, and ongoing operational costs are not covered. Applicants must also have a strong project plan, including measurable outcomes, a detailed budget, and proof of community involvement.
